He is involved in research, validating the work with Spectrally Activated Sounds on a scientific level.
"Life is Passion, never ending Learning.
Life is understanding the options, understanding yourself.
Connecting, running the systems, the right judgement, lots of it!
Life is being in Charge!"

I am here to help!
I am here to help. Samonas is here to help. I am the developer of SAMONAS Auditory Training and the initiator of Top Performance Alliance.
Just to have the wish to help is not enough.
You need the power to help.
It needs a strong associate to team up with. I found this associate in the auditory system, also called the "King of the Senses".
I have had a life-long fascination with the auditory system. It gave birth to my first child, called Samonas Auditory Training, years before my second child, a boy that listens to the name Milan, now 30, saw the light of this world.
The auditory system is a powerful King, well connected to the rest of his empire, the functions and skills of the human system.
Samonas has been able to help the autistic children to engage, to get out of their frozen world.
We are known for being able to help the scattered mind, sometimes locked in a hyperactive body, to focus and to calm down.
There is also the other end.
The executive in the corporate world, brushing up his presentation and team skills.
The manager that became more efficient and creative.
You, driven by the wish to become more successful, better organized, less shy, may be the next. Getting the kick in problem solving, language mastery, vitality or motivation you have been looking for. Looking for a solution when suffering from jetlag.
Passion
Passion has driven me to this point - and the skill to observe. Together with never-ending analysis.
Observation made me realize how powerful Spectrally Activated Sounds* are.
Just when I had a problem - being tired after the long flight from Singapore to Germany - I found the solution.
Exploring the reasons behind, brought insight into one of the most powerful survival and regulation systems of life.
... and the rest is history:
"fightJetlag" and "Top Performance Alliance" was born!
Based on inside into nature's lab. Following the motto: "I am in charge!"
Now I know how it works and it made a big difference in my life
I am in Charge!
What does it take for you to also state: "I am in charge - I can do it!"
"I am in charge and competent of supporting my system during the periode of dis-orientation, called jetlag"?
I am here to help you and I have developed what you need:
Training - understanding your options - developing skills.
Until you are able to run the system like a race-car driver his car.
"on-Line Training" was born!
Welcome to the club! You are invited to join.

The sky is not enough!
"What do you love about flying?" Ingo Steinbach was asked. Here is his answer:
"Two words only: THE SKY!
At times a blue sky with puffy white clouds can be hard for me. I find myself looking at them ever again, wanting to be close to those clouds, chase them, play with them.
I still remember one of the earlier approaches to San Diego Montgomery:
Evening last sunlight above the CA June gloom, a cloud cover on the ocean side.
Passed through it on the ILS. Broke out abt 300 ft above mins - not that tricky according to todays standards.
But impressed by the fact that is was nearly dark already on the ground with the bright runway lights welcoming me back.
Later during dinner in the city I would peak up the the dull sky, thinking: "I did this, I was in charge!"
Flying down the ILS in bad weather gives an immediate experience of responsibility and accuracy - knowledge I can easily transfer to my treatment, my teaching, my coaching. I know that I can rely on the power of the Spectrally Activated Sounds, called SAMONAS*, I am working with. In the same way I trust the ILS and my aircraft.
Taking it to the skies... turned out to be taken to myself.
Flying IFR (Instrument Flight Rules the airlines use high up in the sky) I found myself in a world of responsibility and team spirit. In a professional environment, with a precision and reliability that is hard to find anywhere else.
Understanding and following procedures, understanding rules and respecting limits, trusting on the instruments, banking on experience.
This is an environment where good and supportive communication is needed, that does not tolerate misunderstanding, where you can trust every word.
Flying is bridging the worlds, understanding the beauty and power, but also the limits of all of them.
There are memories of crossing the Atlantic, sometimes high up above the freezing clouds. Approaches with intensive blue sky in between bright white iceberg (Narsarsuaq, Greenland). Huge dark clouds and the blue sky so close together.
There are also memories of the width of the Arabian desert, a burning oil well in the gulf and the moon coming up above India. All from a flight to Singapore in 2005.
For pilots: Did you ever chase the clouds in an aerobatic plane? Ever tried to stay IN the clouds, rather than getting out of them?
